This costume is absolutely beautiful! The first time we received only the cape, neck tie, and gloves so I contacted customer service via live chat and they immediately sent me out an entirely new costume set free of charge (expedited shipping). The quality is excellent and our daughter received so many compliments. One person actually asked if it was handmade because the embroidery and all was so stunning. The fit was spot on with their size charts. Highly recommend both the costume and the company. Size LargeTo be honest, I'm big on Halloween and always strive to get my kids unusual/beautifully constructed costumes. My daughter is almost 11 and in middle school and expressed her desire to get a simple costume to match friends. I get it. I presented her with a bunch of options that would be easy friend matches....and this costume. She said, "I LOVE IT!". She's not a girly-girl and I truthfully can't believe she went for it....I bought it right away.
The costume arrived yesterday and is BEAUTIFUL. Really, really well made. My daughter tried it on and it fits like a glove in a size Large (she is on the smaller end of "typical"). She actually kept it on, twirled (I cannot believe it), sat and chatted with her friends via text - all while wearing it. Ha. I'm a little worried about layering up for our cold climate but we will make it work. Had the option been available when we ordered, I would have ordered an XL.
To spice it up her style, she'll be pairing it with her DM combat boots.
