The roomy neck and arm openings allow you to wear it comfortably over your preferred lightweight outfit. It's shaped like Blinky from the rounded top to the reverse-scalloped hem. The front is decorated with two oversized printed eyes that have blue pupils looking off to the right. Put it on and chase around anyone you see dressed as Pac-Man!
