Super Mario Bros. Deluxe Bowser Kid's Costume

Kid-Sized King Koopa With a Spiked Shell

Bowser is technically a bad guy, but we like to think he's a bit misunderstood. Your kid can show him some love in this Kid's Super Mario Brothers Bowser Deluxe Costume, complete with a spiked shell and a stuffed tail. Yeah, he's destroying other realms on his path, which isn't the best look when trying to be understood. But in the film his pursuit of Princess Peach reads as a misguided search for family, and that makes him more relatable than he looks.

Product Details

This officially licensed Nintendo costume is inspired by King Koopa from the Super Mario Bros. video games and movies. The jumpsuit has a fiberfill-stuffed tail with stuffed spikes, faux leather arm bands with soft sculpted spikes, and an elastic back waistband. It fastens at the center back with hook and loop.

The costume also comes with faux leather wrist cuffs with sculpted spikes, an inflatable shell, and a headpiece. The vinyl shell is about 9 inches across and inflates by mouth or with a pump (pump not included), with elastic shoulder straps to keep it in place. The foam-backed headpiece has appliquéd and embroidered eyes and nostrils, felt crests and teeth, and a spiked faux leather chin strap with hook and loop. Fire breathing is not included, so that part is up to your kid's imagination.

Care & Fit: The headpiece is stuffed to hold Bowser's snout and forehead shape, so it fits snug. Spot clean only and skip the washer and dryer.

Let Your Little Koopa Take the Throne

In his own way, Bowser is a multifaceted character with a real need for belonging. Show the world (video game or otherwise) another side of King Koopa. Who knows how he would have turned out if his love for Princess Peach had been returned?
