The costumes are made with high quality and it came with a skirt that was attached underneath the dress.. it fit my fourth graders just perfect for our program. I was impressed how fast I was able to get the dresses sent to me. The price was great for the high quality. I was looking to possibly make them - but my timetable is much shorter than I anticipated so when I found these darling sailor outfits within my budget, I was so pleased! They shipped SUPER fast, are true to the sizing specs provided, look EXACTLY like the photo, and are made very well. I was missing 2 hats from the whole lot but contacted HalloweenCostumes.com on the weekend and received a response within a business day. Justine apologized for the missing hats and let me know that 2 more were on the way and when to expect them for delivery.
