- 100% polyester jersey knit fabric and fiberfill stuffing
- Pullover shirt has attached red collar, contrasting sleeve cuffs, decorative front buttons
- Sleeve extensions attach to inside of sleeve cuffs w/ hook & loop fastener
- Sleeve extensions have fiberfill stuffing between shell and lining, shaped to look like Popeye's muscular forearms, with a printed anchor "tattoo"

This officially licensed Made By Us product will transform you into the world's most famous sailor for Halloween. Everything you need to take on the role of Popeye the Sailor Man is included in this costume. This sailor's blue pants will fit you just right thanks to the elastic waistband. Popeye's bright yellow belt will fasten comfortably around your waist thanks to the trusty silver-toned buckle.
The short-sleeved shirt matches the design of Popeye's sailor uniform. It is black with a red collar and blue cuffs that match the color of the pants. Don't worry about having to hit the gym extra hard before Halloween. This costume comes with Popeye's signature oversized forearms. These accessories can be attached to the ends of the short sleeves with hook & loop fastener once you slide your arms into them. Top this costume off with the white sailor's hat and corn cob pipe, and your transformation is complete!
You can always go the extra mile with this costume as well. All you need to do is add a can of spinach!
