Made of 100 percent polyester windbreaker fabric, it inflates to have the shape of a police car complete with bumper and fender, wheels, headlights and the word "Police" written on the sides. The attached fan is hidden beneath the rear bumper and makes sure that your car keeps its shape the whole time you're wearing it. Its webbing shoulder straps can be adjusted for your preferred length.
