Classic Harley Quinn Makeup Tutorial
Say hello to your new and improved Harley Quinn!
Classic Harley Quinn Makeup Tutorial Video Transcript
Welcome to HalloweenCostumes.com! Today we will be doing the classic Harley Quinn makeup look. Start by applying a thin layer of white face paint all over the face. Next, sweep a translucent setting powder over the top to set the face paint. Draw a bold wing using a black pencil, liquid, or gel liner. Smudge the liner and add a little black shadow over the top of that liner for a messy, chaotic look.
Use a white or light-colored eyeshadow and apply all over the lid and up into the brow. This will help the face paint from creasing on the eyelids. Apply your favorite bold red lip color, and fill the top lip with black liner or lipstick for that classic Harley Quinn look.
Now, it's time to slip into your favorite red and black number, and you're ready for a date with Mister J.

2021 Suicide Squad Harley Quinn Makeup Tutorial Video Transcript
Welcome to HalloweenCostumes.com! Today we are going to show you a makeup tutorial for the Suicide Squad Harley Quinn. Apply a white or light-colored foundation all over the face. Put a thin layer of eyeshadow base all over the eyelids. Press in a red eyeshadow. Then, take a blending brush and blend up and out for that smoky look. Use a light brown shadow as your transition color, and blend from the crease up and out.
Use a black liner, and outline and fill the lips. I put a little black eyeshadow over the top to ensure it didn't budge. Use a contour color or cool brown shadow, and blend it out under the cheekbones. With a black eyeliner, line the full top and lower lid. If it's not completely even, you can smudge it out a little. This will help create a more even line, even if you don't have one to begin with.
Take a brown or black eye pencil and draw the little lines around the bottom lid. Draw on Harley's signature face tattoo with a black liner. I put a little black shadow over the top to make it look matte and cleaned up the edges with a black liquid liner.
Clip in red and black extensions under the hair, right above where your first braid is going to start. Braid the hair loosely, and secure with a hair tie. Put on your favorite jacket and squad up!
Arkham Asylum Harley Quinn Makeup Tutorial
Hey! Scram, Bats! This is my me time!
Arkham Asylum Harley Quinn Makeup Tutorial Video Transcript
Welcome to HalloweenCostumes.com! Today we will be completing the Harley Quinn makeup look from Arkham Asylum. Start by applying foundation. I chose one that is a little lighter than the model's skin. Next, apply a small amount of eyeshadow base and let it dry. Using a pressing motion, press burgundy eyeshadow from lash to crease, and blend out into a wing. You can hold a cotton pad under the eye to help minimize any eyeshadow fallout.
Take a black eyeshadow and blend up and out from the crease and into the wing. Don't worry if it looks messy, because you can always take a thin, angled brush and clean up the line with black shadow. If you don't have a black shadow, you can even use a black eye pencil.
Use the burgundy shadow and sweep it under the bottom lash, and connect it into the wing. Smudge a dark eyeliner on the upper and lower lash line. Clean up any fallout with a big powder brush dipped into a little setting powder.
Using a contour color or cool under-toned brown eyeshadow, define the hollows of the cheeks and blend. Apply a nice, thick coat or two of black mascara. It's time for my favorite part—Harley Quinn's bold, red lip! Use a red lip liner after the lipstick is applied to get a precise line, and fill any uneven parts. You can clean up any edges around the lips with a little concealer or foundation on a flat brush. Add gloss over the top for that vinyl lip look.
For the pigtails, I used hair chalk in red and black, and stippled it into small clip-in hair extensions. You can also use clip-in colored extensions or even just colored ribbons. Tuck the extension under the hair, just above where the pigtails will be. Use a small elastic hair tie and make your pigtails. Wrap a little section of hair around the hair ties to hide them and create a more polished look. Secure the hair with a bobby pin or two. Blend in the colored hair extensions with a comb.
Now, it's time to get dressed and take control of Arkham!
