- Pullover dress has constructed foam bust, elastic waistband
- Shoulder straps have plastic hooks at each end that slide into fabric loops on upper edge of dress

- Bust and front waistline are decorated with clusters of fabric flowers

The curved neckline is decorated with pink and blue fabric flowers, and another cluster of fabric flowers decorates the left side of the waistline. The dress's asymmetric skirt is longer in the back and features a solid pink underskirt topped with layers of flowing, glittery, light pink mesh. Add your favorite pair of wings (or free your real ones from hiding) and you're ready to fly!
