The wide scoop extends to the base of your shoulders in glitter tulle. Puffed sleeves hang off the shoulder, and give way to long, sheer sleeves with ties at the wrist. The skirt has two layers of polyester. The under is pure white, and the outer is metallic light blue nylon with glittering snowflake patterns. (Note, the glitter snowflakes are smaller and more numerous than pictured). Slip on the white olefin petticoat to keep your skirt full. A white royal apron Velcros to the dress at the chest and the neck. The skirt portion features a pattern of small glitter stars, and the torso "V" swirls with glittering gold and silver.
