You'll look utterly bewitching in this exclusive Women's Plus Size White Witch Costume Dress! The ankle-length white pullover dress features a fitted velvet bodice with a lace-edged neckline and an inset panel criss-crossed with corset-style ribbon lacing. The elbow-length sleeves have cuffs of strips of white mesh that flutter gracefully as you move. The full skirt is also overlaid with strips of mesh and organza. The cone shaped white witch hat is decorated with plenty of lace around its wide brim, which has memory wire in the edge to hold its shape.
