Its floor-length skirt swishes dramatically as you walk, and features a knee-length slit for a subtly flirty appearance. The included sheer black organza cape is magical perfection when worn over the dress. It fastens around your neck with attached black ribbon ties. and is printed all over with a pattern of metallic gold printed suns, moons, and stars.
