Made of sugar, spice, and Chemical X, this Powerpuff Girls Bubbles Costume is the perfect way for any adult to transform into their favorite cartoon hero! Okay, okay... so maybe this costume is made mostly out of polyester, but you can tell everyone that there's a healthy dose of Chemical X involved! The costume comes with a dress and a simple pair of eyeglasses to help you get that classic Cartoon Network style from the late 90s.
The dress is a sleeveless style dress in the light blue color that Bubbles wears. Sparkly flecks throughout the dress also add a superhero sort of style to the ensemble! The dress fits with a fastener in the back of the dress and has an elastic band in the waist for a comfortable fit. The waist also has a sewn-in, black sash to add a nice contrast to the light blue color. The plastic eyeglasses are shaped like Bubbles' oversized eyes and have mesh lenses for vision.
