As you may have guessed from our name, we here at HalloweenCostumes.com absolutely love Halloween. Many of us wear costumes to work year-round, but it becomes a much more common phenomenon once fall is in the air. In October, the office almost becomes a haunted house with all the spooky decorations that people put on their desks. And we end up buying more candy for each other than we could ever eat. It’s safe to say that it’s pretty rare for us to meet anyone who loves Halloween more than we do, but Jack Skellington might just give us a run for our money.

So, who exactly is this character that allegedly loves Halloween so much? Jack Skellington is the patron spirit of Halloween. Much like Santa Claus is in charge of Christmas, Jack is in charge of Halloween. As the Pumpkin King, he is loved by all the citizens of Halloween Town. However, even though his skeletal form might appear a bit spooky, he is never cruel. And although the rest of the town is responsible for supplying everything that scares humans on October 31st, they do it because it’s their job to spread the love of Halloween, not because they want to be mean. And with Jack as their fearless leader, we think they do a great job!
