It's time to put the "party" back in "Halloween party." But how to do it? So many of those ghouls, goblins, and ghosts are always stealing the show with their bad, creepy vibes. Sometimes it seems impossible to compete with them, doesn't it? But might we make a suggestion? You probably banana labels... or certain Latin American entertainers of the 40's that really knew how to light up the room. Wherever they went, the party followed. This dress captures that classic flamenco-dancing spirit and festive South American vibe perfectly. That's why you'll be the life of the party In this beautiful Latin Dancer Costume!
Covered in brightly colored frills and fluffy tulle fabric, this outfit was made for spinning on the dance floor, with or without a partner. The dress includes a bouncy, shapely skirt with an alluring side slit tastefully exposing the leg and a top that lets you show off your midriff as well. And the proverbial cherry on top is the hat. It's decked out with a nice little collection of tropical fruits. It's a fashion statement you don't see too often anymore, so you'll turn heads when you walk into a room with it. As if that weren't enough, a sprinkling of glitter across the hat will help it -- and you -- truly shine in any light!
So for a Halloween that puts the focus back on fun and celebrating, bring a Latin flavor to the big party with the Latin Dancer Costume! And as a helpful reminder, it's never too early start practicing on those dance moves...

If this is supposed to fit a size 16. This is NOT GOING TO FIT A SIZE 16 BOTTOM. The skirt is cut straight, so it has a square on one side, no curve. Someone on line said they ripped out of the skirt dancing. I sat most of the night and didn't have any ripping. I had issues with the top falling off my shoulders it was too big and the centering of the top was off. Sleeves were tight. I have big boobs and the top IS A SIZE 16. I had to sew the back together and tack the shoulders up and the boob area looked more like Medea's dress hanging. One of the panels was too small which pulled the top to one side, so the top being extra big was a blessing. It hid the off center of the top. The hat was super small. I have a small head, so this was great until it started to pinch my ears. I was dressed as Carmine Miranda or as everyone thought The Chiquita Banana Lady, so the hat was worn outside my ears. Someone online said the hat was too big? The slit of the skirt was very nice. Not really high, so no nylons were needed and I went sans underwear. I didn't even wear a bra. It's super cute, but not for the APPLE BOTTOMED PEOPLE. If you are large on top, make it a 12 because if it's off center you will be able to tell. This is really cute, I believe discontinued and non returnable? Oh and mine came with a permanent black marker spot on the back of the top. Worth the money spent because having created and having made my own costumes, the cost of a well made costume, fabric, accessories, etc, it's time consuming, costly, but fits well. With this it's a little altering if one part at leasts fits. My costume looked VAGUELY SIMILAR to the model, Skirt had a square bit on one hip, bust was hangy, not as many ruffles and hat was a lot smaller and mine was red while costume was more orange. It does says DIFFERENCES FROM PHOTO though.
