Shake things up with a hilarious, officially licensed Uno Plus Draw Card Costume for Children! The outfit includes a black foam-backed tunic made of soft polyester. Its wide shoulder straps and side fabric ties make it easy to put on, and comfortable to wear over your preferred lightweight outfit. The front and back of the tunic are edged with white and printed with colorful and metallic images of Uno cards against a white oval and the symbols "+4."
