Perfect your monster outfit with a Black Horn Rose Veil Accessory! Two curved black horns that measure approximately nine inches long are attached to a sturdy, fabric-covered headband. Dark red fabric roses are sewn securely between and beside the horns. A thirty-inch veil made of black tulle is attached to the back of the headband so that it can hang down over your hairdo.
