The sheer “over” dress is equally well made but makes me look a little frumpy together. I am going to make two separate costumes from this. I am going to wear the black dress with the sash belt alone one night and then the next night I am going to wear the sheer overlay over leggings and tank top for a sleeker look. The hat is perfect!!!
