It's All In The Bag
It's a fact, well-known from everyone's childhood, that Reeses are the best candy in the giant candy pile after a night of trick-or-treating. When you have a pile of candy when you're a kid, there's a strong desire to protect what's yours. Parents and siblings that are too old for begging for sweets from neighbors circle your stash like wolves. And if a child is less than diligent, they might lose the best bits of their loot. So they're forced to sacrifice the least desirable items to keep their family members at bay. They toss their tubes of chalky sweet tablets and anything with almonds or coconuts to the non-costumed sweet teeth of the household. And, if everything goes to plan, they can keep all of their delicious Reeses for the days of delicious feasting ahead.
What kids, young and old, need is a costume that lets people know what sweets are most important to add to their collection. Then, when the kind neighbors are opening their doors to the costumed revelers, they'll know to throw a few extra Reeses in the bag. It pays to wear your priorities on your sleeve!
This costume is almost as simple as a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup is delicious. The tunic slips over your head and has holes on the side for your arms. The orange foam creates a wrapper look and has the licensed Reese's logo on the front. A cup peeks out of the top, stirring up the appetites of the people around you.
What a Treat
Now that you're an adult, you don't have to depend on your neighbors to have good taste in Halloween candy. You get to make that decision for yourself. This costume lets everyone know that you know what's up when it comes to choosing your Halloween sweets. That being said, don't be surprised when you get a record amount of trick-or-treaters this year. When it comes to chocolate, word spreads fast.
