The verdict is in: Tony Scoleri is guilty of terrorizing courtrooms, haunting the living, and looking like your worst prison-themed fever dream. This officially licensed Ghostbusters II animatronic recreates the other half of the infamous Scoleri Brothers with light-up eyes, ghastly growls, and a face that says “I object… to everything.” At 70 inches tall, he’s just the right size to hover ominously in your home and remind guests they are definitely not alone.
Tony’s ready to hang—literally—thanks to a handy cord, and he's armed with creepy sounds straight from the film. We’d suggest brushing up on your ghost laws before inviting him inside.
Design & Details
This animatronic ghost features plastic components, polyester fabric clothing, and a design that screams “escaped the afterlife with unfinished business.” Tony’s eyes glow an unholy yellow while he plays spine-chilling movie audio that’s sure to rattle even the bravest Ghostbusters fan.
Hang him easily using the attached cord and power him with 3 AAA batteries (not included). Whether he's floating in your haunted hallway or looming over your party guests, he’s impossible to miss and even harder to forget. Just don’t get too close—this guy’s temper makes ectoplasm look polite.

This is a great piece and is similar to the movie. It’s not exactly the same.
I didn’t realize until I tried to put it together that this is a hanging decoration. It does not stand alone by itself. It’s also not a true animatronic. It doesn’t move, but has a recording that goes off with a sensor.
There is no filling to the legs or chest. The pants are connected to the shoes and left empty. The chest is a little less than half of a circle and is a shell only covering the front.
Everything has velcro to stick together. The velcro they attached came off almost immediately at the upper chest and below the stomach. I had to reapply it with construction glue which is holding well, but I shouldn’t have needed to do that.
This became a full-blown project for me to get it to be what I wanted. I tried several things and came down to using foam, wire, stuffing, plastic wrap and plastic grocery bags for the filling to give him a more realistic look. I wrapped the foam and stuffing in plastic wrap to protect from the rain and stuck wire all the way through to give structure to the legs. I just through plastic bags tied up into the chest.
I hung this horizontally. It came out really cool and is actually pretty scary. I’m still glad I got this, but I would have really appreciated knowing the full contents before purchasing.Was this review helpful to you?
