We all know the question on everyone's mind. When there's something strange in the neighborhood, who you gonna call? Normally, we'd tell you to pick up the phone and tell you to give the Ghostbusters a ring. But what if you didn't even need to make the call. What if the Ecto-1 was already parked in your yard, ready to take down some evil ghosties? Well, our designers decided to make that dream come true with this inflatable decoration!
Inspired by the iconic car from the Ghostbusters movies, this Classic Ecto-1 Inflatable Halloween Decoration ensures that the Ghostbusters are always close!
Design & Details
Okay, so maybe this isn't exactly a functioning 1959 Ectomobile, but the inflatable does a great job of capturing the look and design straight from films. The printed details on the exterior include the headlights, a grill, all of the ghost-catching equipment strapped to the top, the wheels, and more! When fully inflated, it makes the Ecto-1 come to life right in your yard!
The entire decoration is made of a windbreak-style fabric and can be staked into your yard using the included stakes and tether cords. To inflate it, just plug it into a standard outlet and watch it inflate in minutes! Please be sure to use a GFCI-rated outlet if using this Ghostbusters decoration outdoors!

Really excited to finally receive this! I am very pleasantly surprised with the amount of detail that this inflatable has on all sides, especially the roof gear. The size is very good....yes being bigger would always be a plus but this size is very good and manageable. The fan is really good too as I know this has always been a gripe with Ecto-1 inflatables not being string enough to fully inflate the decoration. Well no worries about that here. Everything filled really well...even the tires and most importantly the red pronged ghost sniffer on the top inflates and holds its shape. This is usually a droopy eyesore on lesser Ecto-1 inflatables. The side ladder and blue hoses are attached only at one end and look fine but will blow around in the wind so I plan to attach some velcro tabs to anchor them better to avoid this. My one main "gripe" here, especially considering the premium price being asked for this, is that there are no lights illuminating the front and rear blue police bars on the top. This is a missed opportunity for even the most basic of blinking lights. BUT having an assumption that these would not be lit, I am adding some blue bike safety strobe lights to mine to enhance and bring this feature to life. Smaller than what I was expecting, even with the dimensions posted. Would love to see a larger version of this, like they did with Stay Puft. Looks Great, functions and fully inflated pretty good. Wish it was a little bigger to go with the scale of my other ghostbusters inflatables I purchased here. But none the less it’s a great addition.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
