A Slimy Spectacle
It all started in Sedgewick Hotel. Rumors are that if you wandered down the halls above the 12th floor, you'd encounter the sounds first. Snacking and slurping echoed through the rooms as the strange, green goober devoured everything that room service had to offer! Now, some say that the Ghostbusters took care of this hungry guy while other stories suggest that Slimer joined the team and became a critical component of the ghostbusting crew.
We really can't say which story is true. That's why we're just looking for a new den for Slimer to call home. We do have some good news, though. Turns out that he's not nearly as "slimy" as his name suggests. That means you can enjoy his delightful haunting without the need to give any housekeepers a call!

The sculpt is the most accurate and perfect looking Slimer I’ve ever seen in the life size models. This will be the center piece of any Ghostbusters collector and will sit right next to your proton pack. It’s made of soft foam rubber like most life size Slimers on the market. But this one has the flat bottom perfect fit sitting on a small table. The table needs to be small so his arms can extend past the table. It comes in a huge box in three pieces. It’s very easy to attach his two arms without any tools or glue. They just squeeze in snug. My box was labeled 8 of 24 so this might be a limited run. This is one of the few purchases of late that has really put a continued smile on my face. They did an excellent job of capturing Slimer.
Well made, great detail - the eyes ... I had to poke one they just looked too real and wet ... but my finger went through - what was I thinking, he's a ghost. :) The eyes look wet, the mouth and teeth also. They are a nice contrast to the body which has a different look and feel but the two work really well to convey a lifelike slimer - now if only he could be semi transparent! :)
One thing I'd suggest is to un-bag him in a well ventilated area. He's got a bit of a smell to him that goes away, but needs a bit of time. I suppose that's appropriate for Slimer!
