There's nothing scary about this adorable clown costume for toddlers! The boy's costume includes a yellow, foam hat that has red around the crown and an attached blue flower. The blue, polyester shirt has long sleeves and velcros at the back of the neck. It features an attached bow tie at the top along with faux buttons and a yellow inset made from foam.
