Get ready for plenty of magical moments when you order our exclusive Mary Poppins costume! This officially licensed ensemble starts with a mixed-fabric dress inspired by Mary's iconic outfit. Lightweight navy material shapes the ankle-length skirt of Mary's dress while a similar white material composes a short-sleeved bodice. The high-necked bodice features a ruffle neckline, matching white buttons, and a dainty red bow. Further polish comes from the sleek shape of Mary's button-down jacket, made in a matching navy color. Finally, completing the Made By Us costume is a velvet boater hat with decorative faux flowers and berries.

Height 5‘5 | Weight 140 | Size SmallWore this costume to a concert with my husband as Bert. Well let me tell you— Mary was the rage! Everyone was bowing and curtsied me all night long. People would whisper when I walked by, “omg, it’s marrrrryy.” It was delightful and I felt overjoyed to be one of my favorite women for a night.
As for the mechanics of the costume, not too many loose and rouge threads. It’s definitely not expert built, but it held together for two consecutive nights Of wear and a washing. The waist is nipped, so if you have a 36” ribcage and 28” waist, choose the M size or you won’t be able to raise your arms or bend over without risking splitting the zipper.
I recommend to pair this costume with a tapestry bag, Victorian looking boots, and cherry red lipstick. Mac’s “Feels so Grand” retro matte liquid lip color matched the cherries and bow tie perfectly. So happy with this purchase! Nice quality. Tried a medium and then I went up a size to be able to wear layers underneath since it is usually chilly on Halloween!
