The three-piece outfit includes a polyester suit jacket complete with a two-button closure and a fully lined interior. The dark navy fabric is printed all over with a pattern of multicolored helium balloons, swirly streamers, and confetti. Choose your favorite button-down to wear beneath it: The brighter, the better! Tuck your shirt into the matching pants, which have an elastic band at each side for a comfortable fit. Slip the bright red tie around your neck for a stylish finishing touch. If you don't remember how to tie it, just remember that the rabbit goes around the tree and down the hole!
