There so many kinds of ‘hood’ that it is hard to wrap your head around the idea (and not just because they are meant to wrap around your head instead)! Childhood, neighborhoods, brotherhood, and livelihood are all great examples. That begs the question: what is the quintessential essence of what it means to be a hood?

Inspired by the thousand-year traditions of the monastic communities of the Christian monks, this brown hood encompasses all the bets aspects of what it is to be ‘hood’.
