This Dalmatian patterned wallet can be slipped around your wrist to be used as a clutch. It fastens with a hook and loop fastener so your goods are secure. There's a slot for your phone, a clear slot for your money, and layered slots for credit cards and your id. A gold bow and red trim make this into a fabulous and quite villainous accessory.
