It's been a chilly day in Roseville. The townspeople are gathered at Walleyes, a local bar, to discuss the most recent news in serious whispers. The Ghost Face has struck again. The police found his victim's body inside her home, stabbed to death. All of the windows and doors were locked, but she had a security camera. It recorded a cloaked figure in a blurry ghost mask breaking into her home. The mask turned to stare at the camera for a few eerie seconds. Everyone agreed that he would strike again. "It's making me jumpy!" said one regular. "I swear I saw a cloaked figure follow me home the other night." Only one skeptic disagreed. "He's just doing it for show," he said. "If we ignore the killer, he'll stop." On his way home, though, the skeptic felt less certain. The hairs on the back of his neck prickled as if someone was watching him. Only when he unlocked his front door and found the killer waiting for him did he realized his own danger.
