The robe is designed with generous measurements, so comparing your chest measurement to our size chart is the best way to land on the right fit. For reference, the 1X has a 53" chest and a 60" robe length, and those numbers increase by about 2" per size all the way up to a 67" chest and 67" length at the 8X. Just received this costume and was very impressed with the quality. The robe is quite heavy (almost feels like a winter bathrobe) so I’m a bit concerned it may be too warm to wear indoors for a party. Also I can’t figure out how to wear the headpiece, it sort of sits on top of the head with an elastic around bottom of chin. The horns are quite heavy so it’s a pain to keep adjusting it. I will try using more hair pins to secure better. Anyone have any suggestions?
