Design & Details
This Kid's X-Wing Pilot Costume starts with an orange jumpsuit made from stretch polyester poplin with a zip-up front. It has all the details: a foam-backed chest box with printed controls, plastic tubing for that real pilot vibe, and patches and a leg wrap for that Rebellion-ready finish.
The gloves are black vinyl, the white vest is vinyl too, and the gray nylon harness straps and belt cinch the whole thing together. The mask brings the look home: pressed foam with a yellow eye shield and an elastic strap to keep it in place through tight turns and trick-or-treat missions.
