Built Fjord Tough
People used to be tougher than they are now. That's just fact. They didn't have comfy pillows, arch support shoes, or indoor heating. Let's not even go into personal hygiene. But tough was redefined when it came to the Vikings living in the mountains of Norway. They trained from a young age to take on life with a courageous, proud angle. They played war games from a young age learning to take blows and giving them in return. When they were older but not by much they'd venture out into the wild on their own, learning to fend for themselves in the middle of the rugged winter. Details & Design
This Made by Us cape will give you the dignified stance of a proud jarl when paired with any of our Viking costumes. It has details like the natural cut faux fur you'll find in any of our exclusive costumes. The collar is secured with a bronze chain that loops around ancient looking buttons. The lightweight fabric of the cloak is trimmed with a woven, colorful trim that brings to mind traditional Norwegian patterns.
