Cottage Core
The fairytale castle is a great idea. High towers, a drawbridge that spans a watery moat, and all the well-dressed nobles dancing within. But as fairy tale settings go, Snow White’s little cottage in the woods is the best! Far away from the glare of the Evil Queen, Snow White and the seven dwarves had a great time out there in the woods. The dwarves sang, danced, and feasted in honor of their royal guests. And while the dwarves were all out working in the mines Snow White spent her time baking pies and making friends with the forest creatures. Sounds like a pretty great time! With this officially licensed costume, a good time with friends in the forest isn't far away.

Height 5'6" | Weight 162 | Size X-LargeSuch a beautiful costume. Well made and the cape is wonderful also. I was comfortable all night and able to wash the costume in the washing machine on gentle as it rained at our party and the bottom was covered with dirt. All came out. The skirt is iron-friendly also. I steamed the cape in order not to crush the velvet. It was such a wonderful and easy costume. I need this for a charity cosplay event with a group coming up next weekend, and thank God I know how to fix (but really didn't plan on having to) my costume. There are integral parts of the costume that, if i didn't catch, would cause for a major wardrobe malfunction. The skirt (a very lightweight,paper thin polyester satin) is attached to the heavy velvet material with literally one single blue thread sewn around the whole skirt. There are places it's already detaching. And on the cape itself, the same sort of thing. There's parts where the lining is detaching at the edges. There are loose threads everywhere, which is no big deal, but what also really gets me is, they sew the skirt so skimpishly, yet for the ridiculously large, shiny collar, they run it through the machine a million times and also very unevenly (so it also affects how the collar stands up) It just looks really bad. Also included a picture of that as well. Bottom line is I'm very disappointed to be charged so much for this.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?

Seam at waistline came apart in some spots. The capes snaps don’t stay snapped.

Very well made, thick bodice, puffy sleeves, and flowing yellow skirt! One does need a slip or something if you don't want to see your legs' shadows in the skirt. But I plan on using a thick underskirt to make it "puff out" princess style.

I typically wear a size small but I purchased a size medium. The costume is still a little tight but the large I believe would have been too large. I like the zipper on the side.
