The black felt collar ties at the back with an attached orange ribbon, features a reverse scallop edge, and is printed with spiderweb details. The matching black witch hat has a pointed crown printed with a pattern of spiderwebs and has a flat brim. Fiber filling helps it keep its shape, and an attached elastic band with an adjustable cord lock secures it under your pet's chin.
