- Hat has all over printed fish scale pattern, embroidered eyes, foam backed fins on top and sides, soft sculpted snout
- Pocket concealing water bulb is hidden behind right side fin
- Bulb is attached to tubing that threads through top of hat to base of snout
- When bulb is filled with water, squeezing it sprays water from snout of hat

The unisex hat has a printed scale pattern and is decorated with embroidered eyes. Stiffened green fish fins stick out above each ear, and another fin forms a top crest. The soft-sculpted snout is fitted with tubing for a spray nozzle.
