The skirt is too small, it doesn’t match the measurements on the size chart, and it is see-through. Make sure you have an undershirt, the collared thing looks ridiculous. The cloak’s button popped off immediately, and the sleeves’ stitching is average at best. Height 5'3 | Weight 250 | Size 3XFor the price of this costume I was not impressed. The skirt was very thin and almost see through. [I didnt wear] .The robe was heavyweight material and very long. There were threads hanging from the seams. The sweater was nice quality but very large and long like it was made for a man. Size 1XThis is a very good quality costume that feels authentic, and I was thrilled to wear it! There was some size inconsistency; I bought the size 1X, but the skirt was still too small and robe, sweater and dickie were huge! I had to alter the sweater in order to wear it, and in the future, I'll probably need to alter the robe, as well. The skirt is a standard design, in black, which you likely have in your closet, and since it's not central to the costume, it didn't matter that I switched it out. I wish I would have thought about that before and just ordered the size L. Height 5'5" | Weight 270lbs | Size 4XNormally take a 2x but the skirt would have been too small when sitting. The sweater and robe are double the size of me and no real way to alter the sweater except the arms but still way too long. I measured and thought the length should be fine but way too long. Sadly I'm swimming in this and it's just all too baggy. I would have taken a 1x or 2x that is my norm but the skirt would have been too small for when sitting down (I'm about 47 in the waist standing, 49 sitting). Always wanted a Harry Potter costume, thought I would be happy with it but now sadly disappointed. Quality on the sweater and robe is nice, just wish it wouldn't fit x4 of my arms and x3 of me in it. Skirt size to the rest of the outfit I feel was not a good match. If you want it, go for what the sweater and robe will fit you normally, just don't trust the skirt. The costume is very nice quality. The robe is too long and drags the floor but is good quality fabric. Size 3XPretty good quality, but disappointed in the skirt. There were some issues with the emblems not being on, but I called and they took care of the issue immediately. This is the costume to get to be Hermione. I do recommend a white dress shirt to replace the false front that comes with it. The hat is a little snug on my large head, but I've worn it for hours outside with no problem. Each piece is tagged Harry Potter (officially licensed), superbly made, and richly ornamented with the Gryffindor logo.
