The costume is designed to recreate Hermione Granger's full uniform, so you'll be ready to head to class!
Design & Details
This Hermione Granger costume is an officially licensed costume from the Harry Potter films. The costume starts with a long, black robe that has a satin, burgundy interior. The front of the robe has a Gryffindor crest on the chest and the back features an attached, oversized hood. The neck closes with a button and loop fastener.
The cardigan-style sweater fits underneath the robe and features a button-up front and a Gryffindor crest, along with burgundy stripes along the waist and wrists. The shirt front and skirt help complete the school uniform and the burgundy and gold neck tie adds a pop of Hogwarts House colors to the whole outfit. Put it all together and you'll be ready study some wizardry and witchcraft!

For a few examples. we have our Harry Potter Adult Deluxe Ravenclaw Robe costume, our Harry Potter Adult Deluxe Hufflepuff Robe Costume, and our Deluxe Harry Potter Adult Plus Size Slytherin Robe Costume!Q: I am a pretty busty girl so I think I gotta order a L. But I am also very short. Is there a way to order two different sizes for the robe and the rest of the outfit. (1 Answer)

Height 5'3 | Weight 115 | Size X-SmallThe costume itself is nice. However, I ordered an x-small, the cloak is huge! It fits my 6foot tall husband. I am 5'3 115 pounds. The vest and shirt are also a little bit big, but then the skirt is tiny, would probably fit a 6 year old. Height 5ft | Size MediumThis is supposed to be an adult medium. Im an 8/10 in pants. The skirt is wayy to small. The fabric is super thin. The costume was $100 I expected a decent quality. I went to try on the sweater and threads by the buttons are unraveling.
I am 5ft. I know most things are long for me but this is ridiculous the robe so oversized the skirt so undersized. The white collar insert doesnt lay right around the neck. And the tie is the wrong color and has the gryffindor insignia which is not authentic. Look at it compared to the tie i bought seperately.
It says fit optional for the review but then doesnt give you an option to say neither so when i checked all the reviews it said fit to size.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?

Size X-LargeOverall I think this costume is pretty great. The robe and sweater are good quality. The skirt fit a little funny - really small waist but I could make it work. The tie was good but the collar was really funky. It was huge! I could almost double wrap it around my neck. I think it was bigger than the waist on the skirt. Height 5’4” | Weight 170 | Size LargeI’m 5”4” and 170lbs. I ordered large and the cape is like XL and so is the cardigan. The skirt is tiny like small medium and way too long. The white smock is over sized and stiff as a board. Had to order a different skirt and shirt to wear with it. So in the beginning I ordered this as a large set..when it came I received everything a size Large except for the skirt, which was a XS. Was able to return and get the correct size in a quick turn around! Thank you!
The only complaint would be the awkward white half shirt thing..I'd recommend putting an actual white shirt in it. Height 5’6 | Weight 110 | Size X-SmallThe button was already loose on the robe and coming undone when in the package. I ordered a kids robe for my son and his button came off when he tried his robe on. The material is heavy. I will be sewing the buttons back on.
The sweater looks like the picture with the grey background and not the sweater with white back ground. It’s a heavy set sweater. The white under collar looks strange and too big. Same for the child costume. Looks better with a white dress shirt if you have one. The tie isn’t great. The kid’s tie is nicer and velcros. The quality is great! It also came earlier than expected. I will say the skirt sizing doesn't match the sizing on the rest of the costume. All the pieces were a little big (which we expected) but the skirt wouldn't even zip. No big deal though. Height 5' 2" | Size X-SmallI really am impressed with the overall costume - it's design & fit; however, the white collared "shirt" piece was not usable for me. It's way too big, is not comfortable, and the fit under the sweater actually detracts from the look of the costume, so I will actually use one of my own white collared shirts to wear. That piece could have possibly been left out, but the rest of the costume is absolutely great. She is wearing a different shirt under the sweater. Costume- I ordered up a size (which I do all the time on Amazon and it works out just fine) because the waist measurement on the skirt was so small. The costume sweater and robe are really nice quality. The only bummer with the sweater is that two of me could fit in it. The length was good. The skirt is really cheap fabric and the waist is so tiny especially compared to how wide everything else is. I can't hardly fit in the skirt but the sweater is enormous. I am not a skinny girl and seriously it can fit two of me. The dickie is really large around the neck too. The tie is nice and has the Griffindor logo on it as well.
I decided to go with a smaller size in the costume. The smaller sized costume is still really wide and the skirt waist doesn't even fit me now but at least the sweater and robe do not drown me.
