It does have a nice bounce to it, but it definitely sounds familiar to us! Well, now your child can "get wizzy with it" when they wear this officially licensed costume from the Harry Potter movies.
Product Details
If your child wants to become a wizard, then the first step is to outfit them with this Kid's Harry Potter Deluxe Ravenclaw Robe! The unisex robe is inspired by the ones worn by characters in the movies. It's made out of a comfortable velour material and features a blue, satin lining on the interior. It also features an attached hood, since every good wizard needs a hood! It fits with a simple button and loop clasp in the front and the chest even has an embroidered Ravenclaw crest on it to finish out the look.

Height 49.5" | Weight 55 pounds | Size MediumWe live in FL so this was perfect for our temps on Halloween. I wish they wouldn't use the word "deluxe" since the blue liner is just a small part in the front, and the costume is JUST the robe - no extra's. We ordered 4 robes from here this Halloween (one for each house) and out of 4, three had their buttons fall off on Halloween. So make sure to reinforce those if you order this. My kids didn't wear them before Oct 31, and just walked around the neighborhood. They weren't even taking them on and off.
Overall, I liked them and I do wish they offered robes that were a higher/sturdier/more durable quality though. My kids love HP and would love to wear these to Universal throughout the year. I don't think they are designed to go through several washings or worn a lot. Height 52 inches | Size LargeWe ordered a large. Fit perfectly. My child is 52” tall and wears a size 10/12 in most brands. The fabric is a very thin velvet-like fabric. The hood is completely lined with the blue fabric but the actual cape is only lined at the opening, not the entire thing. Size X-LargeOrdered this costume in a size large and x-large for a 12 year old girl and on both sizes the sleeves were way too short. The velour was very soft, and the robes were very light. We wore them to Wizarding World Orlando in December and were very comfortable. Costume was good quality and shipping was quick however I measured too exact to the size chart so the costume ended up being too snug. I should have went a size up. Then without reading the return policy carefully I bought the next size up before returning the smaller costume. I should have returned the costume first for store credit to use toward the next purchase. I ended up paying for the shipping label and a restocking fee when it could have been free. So sad.
