The winged monkeys are yours to command when you wear this exclusive, officially licensed Girl's Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch Costume Dress! The ankle-length dress fastens at the back and is made of breathable black poplin fabric. The bodice is detailed with metal eyelets and tied with decorative lacing that look elegantly evil with the puffed leg o' mutton sleeves. Elastic in the back of the waistband adds some extra comfort. A matching, foam-backed pouch secures around your waist with an attached cord. Set the cone-shaped hat on your head and don't forget to hold onto it during takeoff and landing!
