Design & Details
Inspired by the clothes worn by Disney's Captain Jack Sparrow, this costume comes with everything your child needs to achieve his iconic look. The costume begins with a white, broadcloth shirt with a loose fit. The blue vest fits over top and features metallic-colored buttons in the front. The brown pants have a linen-like construction and add a realistic touch to the outfit. The fabric sash and faux leather belt fit around the waist, and the included faux leather boot tops can be used with most pairs of brown shoes. The red bandana has printed details and fits around your child's head to tie the whole look together. When your child has it all on, you'll be ready to promote him to the rank of "captain" on your next journey!

It was cracked where the thread loops through so not fixable. The boot covers are impossible to get over the feet so I will have to be cutting the elastic and resizing to fit my child. For reference, we ordered an XS for a 40lb child. The rest of the costume fits perfectly.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?

My 8 years is a solid 8 year old. I purchased the M (10-12). The pants fit fine but I'm going to have to cut the shirt and put some velcro in it for him to wear it. Also. the 'boots' are also horrible sizing. You put it on like a shin guard. The opening at bottom is so small we can't get any part of his foot through it. Again we're going to have to cut part of it and put some velcro on it.
