Shining Armor for Little Knights
Every kingdom needs a hero, and yours just volunteered. This Boy's Royal Knight Costume gives your little one everything they need to defend the realm, from a shimmering metallic tunic and foam body armor with a royal cape to a soft-sculpted helmet, gauntlets, elbow pads, and boot covers. Dragons, beware. Siblings, you too.
Design & Details
Exclusively made by us, this six-piece costume starts with a tunic made of 93% polyester and 7% metallic fibers that fastens with a button and elastic loop at the back of the neck. The foam body armor goes on over the top and closes with hook and loop at the center back. Its cape is sewn to the right shoulder and attaches to the left with hook and loop, so it's easy to get on and off.
The helmet is soft-sculpted from silver metallic fabric over foam, so it holds its shape without being stiff, and it fastens at the back with hook and loop. Gauntlets with wide, flared foam cuffs, elbow armor with elastic bands, and boot covers with elastic under the shoe finish the suit. The sword and shield shown are sold separately.
Care & Fit: The costume is on the thicker side, so it'll keep your knight warm on chilly nights without extra layers. If the elbow armor slides down during battle, a little double-sided tape (not included) helps keep it in place. Spot clean only.

Costume sizes are very different than regular clothing sizes, and do vary from costume to costume. The best way to order is by taking your measurements, add 3-4 inches to them for movement, and compare them to those listed on the product page. These are the EXACT measurements of the costume that we take right here in our warehouse. This Knight costume was a hit with my kiddo and everyone who saw him! It looks great, sizing is on point (we measured and chose Medium for a smaller 10 yr old), and it held up to multiple uses (and sometimes rough play) and still looks great! The elbow pads didn't stay up very well so he didn't want to use them and the helmet is a little on the smaller side, but otherwise, it was great! Size X-SmallMy son is 5 years old and we ordered an XS, which fit him perfectly! He loved his Knave of Hearts costume! Despite this the peaked visor part is super floppy. Have to pin it.
