When we meet Padme Amidala in Star Wars, she's a queen. After 10 years, she's changed tack and joined the Republic as an outspoken senator. Without her official role ever changing again, Padme reveals she's not only a diplomat. She's a bit of a warrior, too!
Long saga short, the character remains flexible and ready to face whatever fight lies ahead of her. Our Deluxe Padme Adult Costume won't give fans all the same characteristics. But it will get them dressed to look and feel the part, without slowing them down!
Design & Details
This officially licensed Padme costume starts with a fitted jumpsuit crafted from 4-way stretch jersey knit. The stretchy fabric and a zipper down the back ensure getting suited up is as sleek as it is comfortable. Meanwhile, clever seaming on the bodice and pant legs ensure the one-piece looks as structured as Padme's two-piece.
The cream-colored faux leather belt fastens with hook and loops, providing wearers two pouches and a holster perfect for carrying an essential or two. Coordinating shin guards also secure with hook-and-loop fasteners. However, with their foam lining and quilted detailing, they give preferred footwear a look to match the boots Padme wears.
Silver metal armbands with an opening on one side and a lightweight Minky cape with a diamond embossed texture, complete the look. While the armbands add a bit of shine, the cape provides a bit of versatility. Dress for an arrival on Geonosis with the pullover cape, perfectly draped and secured with a snap closure. Or remove the stylishly rugged accessory for an arena-ready look.

Height 5’6 | Weight 157 | Size LargeI’m pleasantly surprised by this costume! I was nervous since there weren’t many reviews, so I went ahead and purchased a size up (large) from my normal size (medium). I am 5’6 and 157 pounds.
The jumpsuit is nice and stretchy — a little see-through, but nothing crazy. I could’ve sized down for a more fitted look, but the jumpsuit still fits and isn’t constricting at all. The zipper on the back is easy to maneuver which is great.
The belt is also nice quality, but it is a bit too big for me. I will have to either buy some Velcro strips or safety pin it to make it work. Not a huge issue, though.
The cuffs are another thing I will have to alter — I wish they were a bit longer/went around more of the arm, because they always fall off whenever I move my arms around. I’ll have to put duct tape on the back side of the cuffs to make them work, but overall they are good quality.
The leg pieces are pretty nice as well, I have no issues with those. Very stretchy and easy to take on/off.
My favorite part of the costume is the shoulder piece. I honestly might just use it as a blanket after Halloween because it is so comfortable. I like that it is already pinned in the place that you’re supposed to put your head through, so it’s easy to figure out.
Overall, I’d recommend this costume! It’s good quality for the higher price tag and I think I’ll be very comfortable wearing it. If you’re unsure about what size to get, I’d recommend just sticking with your normal size, unless you want it to be a little roomier.Was this review helpful to you?

Height 5'4" | Weight 120 | Size SmallVery fast shipping. I could tell by the weight of the package it was going to be good. The jumpsuit is super stretchy, is slightly see through. But it's white so I was expecting that. The cloak is top notch. So comfy and really completes the look. My ONLY complaint is the arm cuffs. I have small arms and these cuffs are tight.
