The realistic-looking figure has the body of a woman in a hospital gown, but the face under its long black synthetic hair is almost completely decomposed. Its mouth is open in a bloody snarl, and a molded ribcage can be seen above the neckline. It's a gruesome decoration that's perfect for any frightening home scene!

I was surprised to see such a gory prop on-site, and had to have it for this years haunting! It came packaged well, and even had a note informing that the head might be bent down slightly to fit in the box and just bend it back when ready. Perfectly creepy, solid construction, and the sticky looking paint!Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
