Design & Details
The in-house design team put real thought into getting the silhouette right here, specifically the layering. The dress and fitted bodice are made from soft pink jersey fabric, with a ruffle collar stiffened by tulle to hold its shape and chiffon accents along the skirt for movement. The waist is elasticized for a comfortable, secure fit.
The matching pink cone headpiece is made from the same jersey fabric with chiffon detail to tie it all together. Stiff tulle in both the skirt and collar adds volume that reads clearly from across a room. It is an officially licensed Wizard of Oz costume, so the look is pulled straight from the source.
