The Women's Renaissance Tavern Maiden Costume includes a poly knit dress with a faux suede bodice front and attached belt, designed for Renaissance faires, medieval-themed gatherings, and historical dress-up occasions. The Renaissance faire crowd has a code, and showing up in regular clothes is the social equivalent of ordering a Diet Coke at a mead hall. This costume handles the research for you.

Design & Details
The in-house design team thought carefully about the ribbon lacing on the front bodice, which is the detail that does a lot of the heavy lifting here. The poly knit dress features elastic along the top chest and sleeves for a comfortable, adjustable fit. The faux suede bodice front adds texture and contrast that reads as genuinely period-appropriate from across a crowded fairground.
An elastic waistband keeps the silhouette comfortable through a full day of wandering vendor stalls and watching jousting. The attached belt on the front finishes the look with structure, so the whole outfit holds together without any extra effort on your end.
