See what all the buzz is about when you wear this sweet-as-honeycomb Plus Size Women's Bumble Bee Costume! The outfit includes a knee-length dress made of a polyester and spandex blend. The tank-style top is patterned with uniform yellow and black stripes and has yellow faux flowers sewn to the base of each strap. The black sewn-in satin waist sash is embellished with matching flowers and sits just above the poufy skirt's layers of ruffly tulle that has been printed with bright yellow stripes. A cute little fiberfill-stuffed stinger can be attached via the included safety pin to the back of the dress. The adorable black fingerless gloves have yellow edging along the hem. An included black choker features another yellow flower, complementing the white appliqued flowers fastened beneath the antennae on the headband headdress. Slip on the knit mesh wings and flutter off to your next party!

Height 5'1" | Weight 220 | Size 1X/2XAlthough this costume is very cute, it does not fit true to size but much smaller. I am a Plus size 18 and ordered the 3X/4X which should have been plenty big enough considering I wear a XL/2X in all of my clothes depending on fit. I erred on the side of caution and ordered even bigger to be safe. The zipper in the back of the dress wouldn't come together easily so my hubby tried to zip it up for me and the zipper completely broke with very little force! The fabric is MUCH to thin in this area to hold together with safety pins either. So I will have to put a black camisole on underneath the top of the dress since the back is wide open. Thank goodness I only got it to do front facing pictures and take my kids trick or treating. I would've been even more furious had I needed it for a dance. Do better with the Plus sizing! We exist and would like clothing that fits and more sturdy, especially around zipper closures. The costume is very cute otherwise. It did look great for the pictures. Just order a MUCH larger size than you think you will need.Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you?
