Neverland is ripe for the taking! It’s a paradise that’s loaded with perfect weather and plenty of treasure to be excavated. The only thing you need to worry about is a troublesome child named Peter Pan and his crew of Lost Boys! (You also might need to keep your eyes on any crocodiles that might be lurking in the area.) You’re going to need the kind of profession that keeps those kids in their rightful place, which means you might just need to become a pirate captain to get the treasure all to yourself.
Yes, a pirate! That’s the only profession rowdy enough to give Peter Pan a run for his money, so to speak. Of course, you’d better brush up on your proper pirate lingo with phrases like, “shiver me timber!” and “ahoy me hearties!” But you’d also better have the proper attire. After all, no pirate can hold the title of captain without a ravishing outfit that commands respect from other pirates and lets you look ready to set sail.
This exclusive Captain Hook costume is a plus size version of our women’s costume and features a look that’s perfect for invading Neverland, or for battling against the Lost Boys. It comes with a royal red jacket, with a classy, white jabot. The black belt fits around the waist and the pirate hat has an extravagant look fit for a pirate captain. The boot tops add the finishing touch to the outfit, making sure that even a lone crocodile won’t want to mess with you!

Size 4XRuns way too small and sleeves are extremely long. Boot covers don't even go over my calves. Belt wouldn't even fit if jacket fit better. Just not plus size friendly. The costume sizing runs VERY small. I measured my waist loosley and got 51" so I ordered a 4x because the sizing chart shows it has a 54" waist but the belt it came with was still a couple inches too small to fit comfortably, even while wearing shapewear, and the velcro it has is so weak it doesn't hold together at all. The boot tops are also very small, ONE size & NOT elastic, measuring 16" around the inside at the widest part so if your calf is bigger than 16" like mine at 20", they will not fit.
I'm giving this product 4-?s though because the quality of the materials is very good for a costume so smaller people will have something nice if they order the right size. Unfortunately to make this work for me I'll have to replace the belt, unstitch the boot tops to add elastic to the back, add closures to the jack so it holds together independent of the belt, and shorten the sleeves.Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.Was this review helpful to you? - Three StarsBy Glori | October 16, 2022

This runs way small. I don't wear a 3x in anything. I was going to get the 2x but it was 10 more so I got this one. Thank goodness I did! I can make it work but it doesn't close all the way. I need to get a different belt, it doesn't actually buckle, it attaches with flimsy Velcro that won't stay closed since it's a little small. Everything else is very nice and well made. The trouble is getting it in the right size.Was this review helpful to you?
