That’s why we’ve put serious effort into our Made By Us Tron costumes, with designers focused on combining authentic details with comfortable, affordable designs. Our Tron costume selection covers quite a bit of the Grid when it comes to sizing. Styles run from child XS all the way through adult 2X plus sizes, giving younger programs and fully grown users alike a chance to suit up. You’ll find the standard Tron look alongside Tron: Ares outfits, so whether your allegiance is to the classic visual language of the franchise or its latest evolution, there’s a program for that. The costumes use a polyester and spandex blend designed to provide a better fit while you’re doing normal costume activities, such as walking, posing for photos, or staring into the distance like you’ve just discovered a brand new plot twist. Some styles also feature foam shoulder padding, creating the appearance of the armor seen onscreen without requiring you to actually strap futuristic battle equipment to your body. That tends to complicate coat checks.

These Tron costumes are officially licensed, too. We partnered with Disney to create designs based largely on the 2025 film Tron: Ares, while drawing from a visual legacy that began with the original Tron in 1982. That’s more than four decades of digital worlds, glowing circuitry, Light Cycles, and people discovering that computers can somehow have considerably more dramatic interpersonal problems than the average office.
