Design & Details
Crafted in soft Minky fabric with a hidden zipper in back, this dress includes a tulle underskirt for full-bodied twirl. A poseable tail is stitched on for a playful silhouette, while the light blue scarf ties at the neck. Minky shoe covers slip on with ankle fasteners and underfoot elastic for a secure fit. Top it off with the tall chef's hat—designed with a structured shape and plush ears sewn on.
