Set your wickedly wonderful plans in motion when you wear this officially licensed Little Mermaid Live Action Ursula Costume for Kids! The knee-length dress fastens up the back and features a gently fitted bodice made of sparkly black velour fabric with a stand-up collar and a Queen Anne neckline. A gold-tone faux leather shell decoration is sewn just beneath the neckline's lowest point. The costume's full skirt has a solid base layer made of black satin. "Tentacles" sewn from the same sparkly velour as the bodice drape over skirt's base layer and are backed with turquoise fabric.
