Design & Details
The white bodysuit, complete with large, wing-shaped sleeves, captures the character's pelican body. The orange pants are designed to mimic Scuttle's charmingly awkward legs. The attached shoe covers recreate the style of pelican feet. Topping it all off is the headpiece, carefully designed to look just like the character's head!
