Not only does he have a little chip on his brim but he's about as chipper as a character can come. Design & Details
Our Made By Us team couldn't resist creating a festive look based on our favorite teacup. The officially licensed design features Chip's face on the front of the bodice, and the skirt is made from fabric that matches his pastel color scheme. The dress has a zipper in the back for easy changing, too!
